When our customer call because he suspected he had mold in his laundry unit. Weeks prior his neighbor had a water heater leak, which was located adjacent to his laundry room. He noticed what he thought was mildew with a heavy musty odor. He then called our office to obtain information and we sent our inspector/ estimator Dan who performed an inspection.  After inspecting the property, we found that the affected room needed mold remediation.
