Pipe leak in Kitchen affected home in Mission Viejo, CA

This flooded kitchen in Mission Viejo, CA was the result of a broke pipe. The water damage affected the flooring in the kitchen and some toe kicks to the cabinets. The before photo shows how the flooring is already buckling. The after picture was taken only 4 days after the incident had occurred and approval from our customer insurance company was received. The drying process took a total of 5 days, as we were able to salvage most of the materials and only removed flooring and minimal toe kicks. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and  was thrilled with the end result.
