Orange County Home Requires A Board-Up After Large Fire

In August of 2018, a homeowner in Orange called SERVPRO of Tustin to assist them in securing the home after they had a large fire affecting the entire home. The fire burned through the exterior walls, and the fire department had to put a hole in the roof when thy arrived onsite. Our crew was able to board-up and secure the entire home. After we were done, an asbestos abatement company was called in to remove the building materials that contained asbestos. They removed a significant amount of drywall and re-secured the home. When the Santa Ana winds came in early October, the containment they had set was blown off of the house and SERVPRO of Tustin was called back to re-secure the home.
