WATER DAMAGE TO FLOOR IN IRVINE, CA

This home located  in the city of Irvine, CA had a flood as a result of a slab leak. The water damage affected  the laminate flooring which ran under the vanity and minimal damage to the walls. The laminate floor was damaged beyond repair and we recommended removal. With our Client approval, we removed the affected laminate, shored up the vanity. There was no need to remove drywall as we were able to dry in place and avoid extensive demolition. Our customer was grateful that the damage was only in the bathroom and that our service was only needed for a few days.
